These Terms and Conditions govern your use of bdt99. By registering or using any part of the platform, you agree to the terms set out below.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdt99 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the bdt99 website available at bdt99.vin and all associated services, games, promotions, and features provided thereon. These Terms apply to all users in Bangladesh and globally wherever access to the platform is lawfully permitted.

- 3Accurate InformationYou must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and whenever bdt99 requests updated information. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate suspension of your account and forfeiture of any balance.
- 4Lawful Use OnlyYou may only use bdt99 for lawful entertainment purposes. The platform must not be used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. bdt99 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
2. Account Registration and Management
When you register an account with bdt99, you accept the following obligations. These obligations remain in force for the lifetime of your account.
- 1Password SecurityYou are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. bdt99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility.
- 2KYC Verificationbdt99 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. This may include submission of a government-issued national ID card, passport, or other documents. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending KYC completion.
- 3Account ClosureYou may request account closure at any time by contacting bdt99 support at [email protected]. bdt99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that breaches these Terms, with or without prior notice, and to retain any balance where a breach has occurred.
- 4Inactive AccountsAccounts that remain inactive (no login, no deposit, no withdrawal, no gameplay) for a continuous period of twelve months or more may be classified as dormant. bdt99 may apply an administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable law. You will be notified before any fee is applied.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All financial transactions on bdt99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform.
- 1Accepted Payment Methodsbdt99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at any time at bdt99's sole discretion.
- 2Minimum and Maximum TransactionsThe minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the Finance / Wallet section of your account and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current limits before initiating transactions.
- 3Withdrawal ProcessingWithdrawal requests are processed to the same payment account from which the corresponding deposit was made. Processing times are typically 5 to 15 minutes. bdt99 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or network conditions.
- 4Third-Party Payments ProhibitedDeposits may only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds pending investigation.
4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
bdt99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
- 1Wagering RequirementsAll bonuses awarded by bdt99 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- 2One Bonus Per PromotionUnless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per eligible player. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times, whether through duplicate accounts or other means, will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.
- 3bdt99 Discretion on Bonusesbdt99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. bdt99 also reserves the right to withhold or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus has been obtained or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
- 4Bonus Validity PeriodAll bonuses are subject to an expiry date. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses and associated free spins expire within 7 days of being credited to your account. Expired bonuses and winnings derived from expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
5. Responsible Gaming

6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bdt99. bdt99 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension and forfeiture of funds — against any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct.
- 1Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the bdt99 platform, including automated betting systems or game-play aids that provide an unfair advantage.
- 2Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing account access with third parties, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, bonus abuse, or chip dumping.
- 3Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
- 4Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the bdt99 platform, its software, or its servers.
- 5Creating or using a bdt99 account on behalf of a third party, or accepting payment from a third party to place bets on their behalf through your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the bdt99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game code, and the overall arrangement and presentation of the site — is the property of bdt99 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from bdt99 without the express prior written consent of bdt99.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. bdt99 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, network failures, or events beyond bdt99's reasonable control.
bdt99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdt99 account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether bdt99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Amendments and Governing Law
bdt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdt99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users, which may be given by posting a notice on the platform, by email, or by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of bdt99 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are intended to be read and interpreted in accordance with general principles of fairness and consumer protection. bdt99 operates as an online entertainment platform and intends to conduct its relationships with all players in a transparent and good-faith manner.
